Firm Templates: LegalBar templates automate the creation of letters, pleadings, memos, fax coversheets and any other frequently used document type. From a click on the Ribbon, template selections are displayed in a menu format, organized by document type and by practice group. Add and customize your own firm's templates for easy retrieval and document assembly.
LegalBar Tools: For quick insert of contact during document production or mail merges, LUCI (Look Up Contact Information) provides easy access to contact information from Outlook, InterAction or BEC CoreRelate. The Firm Clause Library provides a menu of standard pieces of text to be easily inserted into any document. The Clause Library can also be used for assembly within a specific legal document template. Variable data is collected "on-the-fly" and and inserted wherever needed.
LegalBar TOC Tools: The LegalBar TOC feature generates a perfectly formatted table of contents based on Word heading styles and/or TOC marked text. Style Separators are easily inserted from the Ribbon, making the inclusion of "lead-in text" in the TOC very simple.
My LegalBar: From Personal options, print and automatic page numbering features, to legal specific labeling tools (Bates Labels and customized shipping labels), the My LegalBar section of the Ribbon makes everyday tasks quick and easy.
DOC ID Info: (Sold separately or with LegalBar Bundle.) Integrated with your Document Management System, the DOC ID Stamp will insert the document number/name/date/info in various positions in your document and update this information as needed or prompted.
